Three steps to knowing your street
No apps to install, no hardware. Just your address and an email.
Add your home
Enter your address. We verify it and draw your street: by default the homes on your block and the next one over, adjustable in your settings.
We gather the public record
We combine county property and deed records, licensed property and household data providers, public sex offender registry data, National Weather Service alerts, FEMA flood maps and federal recall notices. Every item shows where it came from and when it was last updated.
Get alerts only when something changes
A weekly street digest by email, plus instant alerts for things that matter: a new filing on your deed, a severe-weather warning, or a recall that matches something you own. Free members get Street Alerts; paid plans add the full lookup and monitoring.
Act with official sources
Each alert links to the official record or agency, like your county recorder, your state registry or the NWS, with clear next steps. We never tell you what to think about a person.
Where the data comes from
County assessor and recorder records, licensed public-record aggregators, state sex offender registries (via licensed providers), NOAA/NWS, FEMA and the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission.
What we don't do
We are not a consumer reporting agency. We don't provide background checks for renting, hiring, lending or insurance, and we don't sell your personal information.
Your control
You choose which alerts you get. Anyone can ask us to suppress their own record through our opt-out page.
